CAPACCIO WELCOMES MARJORIE BRUCE TO THE ENGINEERING GROUP

Capaccio Environmental Engineering, Inc., a Marlborough-based Environmental, Health and Safety Consulting and Engineering firm, announces Marjorie Bruce has joined the Engineering Group. Ms. Bruce received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and will serve as an Environmental Engineer.

Ms. Bruce works with project managers and clients on environmental and chemical engineering projects that entail developing conceptual and final design plans and specifications for process and waste treatment systems. She is responsible for gathering information about the existing conditions necessary for design planning, construction documents and record drawings. Ms. Bruce also prepares technical specifications to obtain competitive bids from construction contractors and assists with the bid review and contractor selection process. She inspects construction sites in order to verify conformance with the design plans. She also conducts treatability testing, and assists with the preparation of permit applications, compliance plans, sampling plans and other tasks associated with environmental management.

CAPACCIO WELCOMES MELISSA KOCIUBA TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY GROUP

Capaccio Environmental Engineering, Inc., a Marlborough-based Environmental, Health and Safety Consulting and Engineering firm, announces Melissa Kociuba has joined the firm’s Environmental, Health and Safety Group. Ms. Kociuba received her Bachelor of Science in Safety Studies from Keene State College and joins the firm as an Environmental, Health and Safety Scientist.
In her role, Ms. Kociuba will assist clients with EH&S; regulatory review and compliance; compliance and systems audits; development and implementation of written health and safety programs; preparing reports; conducting internet research activities; and maintaining technical databases.
