Brian Lever joins Epsilon’s Historic Preservation Group

Epsilon Associates, Inc. is happy to announce that Brian Lever will be joining Epsilon’s Historic Preservation group on Monday, Jan. 6th.
Brian has a good mix of public sector regulatory experience and private sector consulting experience.  Since 2007, he has been the Senior Preservation Planner for the City of Newton where he was in charge of administering the City’s numerous local historic districts and preservation planning efforts.  Prior to his time in Newton, Brian spent several years with EBI coordinating Section 106 reviews for cell tower installations across New England and with Timelines where he worked on numerous preservation planning projects. Brian has a B.A. in History and Archaeology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an M.A. in American History from the University of Connecticut, and an M.L.A. in Anthropology/Archaeology from Harvard University.
