Westfield, Massachusetts – December 30, 2014 – William Dawson joined Tighe & Bond this month as a Senior Project Manager working out of the firm’s Portsmouth, New Hampshire office.
A civil engineer, Dawson brings 32 years of experience in water and wastewater system improvements and construction administration services to Tighe & Bond clients. During this time, he has served a wide range of New England municipalities and water suppliers. His expertise includes the study, design, permitting, construction administration and start-up of building and infrastructure facilities for numerous water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment systems. Over his career, Dawson has been involved with the design and construction of more than 20 municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities.

A resident of Cumberland, Maine, Dawson earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono. He is also a member of the Maine Water Utilities Association.

in a Roger Williams University professional development program designed to help small
businesses of diverse ownership to better position their firms to win contracts.
In a first of its kind program between National Grid and CVS Health Corp., each organization
sponsored three firms to participate in the university’s “CEO Master Series,” a customized
program through the Roger Williams University (RWU) Professional Education Center that
focuses on teaching supply-chain management professionals from a variety of businesses, the
small-business skills essential for success. National Grid selected SAK Environmental.

Michael Feinblatt is Practice Leader of Energy & Industrial Services at ESS Group, Inc.. He has more than 20 years of experience related to energy and industrial facility licensing and compliance management, including air quality consulting, permitting, air emissions, and noise assessment projects. Mr. Feinblatt has provided environmental consulting services at a variety of industrial facilities, including power plants and renewable energy facilities, resource recovery facilities, hazardous waste incinerators, and manufacturing facilities and mills.
Mr. Feinblatt routinely manages large projects that involve the preparation of comprehensive Environmental Impact Statements, as well as regulatory compliance plans for multiple media (air, water, hazardous materials, and solid waste). His particular expertise is in the area of air quality programs and regulations.
