“e” inc. Hosts 5th Annual Boston Enviro-Film Festival

Environment science non-profit announces the line-up for the 5th annual Boston Enviro-Film Festival which premieres on Saturday, August 3,2013 from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Featuring 30 films by Independent Filmmakers and shorts from the Wild and Scenic Film Festival, the Boston Enviro-Film Festival combines artful filmmaking, beautiful cinematography and gripping storytelling to inform, inspire and ignite solutions to restore the earth and human communities.


Presented by “e” inc., the Boston Enviro-Film Festival returns to the city for a second year with support from partners and sponsors including:

  • Boston Properties
  • Mass Energy
  • The Castle Square Tenants Organization
  • Goethe-Institut Boston
  • Friends of the Charlestown Nave Yard
  • Mystic River Watershed Association

Held at five venues across the city, the festival will screen a diverse slate of 30 feature films and shorts showcasing important environmental themes including water, energy, wildlife preservation, climate change, and much more. Mackie Shea O’Brien, PC Names New Managing Shareholder

Michelle N. O’Brien has been named managing shareholder of Mackie Shea O’Brien, PC, effective July 1, 2013.  O’Brien succeeds Thomas A. Mackie, who served in that role for 15 years.

O’Brien joined the firm, then known as Moehrke, Mackie & Shea, P.C., in January of 2000.  The firm changed its name in 2006 to reflect the names of its current shareholders.
