BOSTON – Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary Ian Bowles announced today that he has appointed Philip Giudice, currently Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for EnerNOC, Inc., and a member of the company’s board of directors, as Commissioner of the state’s Division of Energy Resources. Giudice takes office July 1.
