MassCEC Seeks Technical Consultants to Evaluate Hydropower Applications

February 7, 2013

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) is seeking proposals from qualified technical consultants who can assist in the evaluation of applications for funding for hydropower facility development or upgrade.

The areas of evaluation generally include the technical approach of the proposed projects, confirmation of applicants' energy generation estimates and confirmation that the proposed budgets are reasonable and consistent with the competitive procurement of materials and services.

MassCEC strongly suggests that consultants interested in providing these services to MassCEC carefully consider the potential for conflict of interest that may arise if they also have clients who seek hydro-related grant funding from MassCEC.

Proposals are due Feb. 20, 2013.  Further details and instructions are available at http://masscec.com/index.cfm/cdid/14610/pid/11161.
