In this EBC Site Remediation and Redevelopment Program attendees will hear directly from MassDEP’s assistant commissioner for waste site cleanup about the proposed amendments to the Massachusetts Contingency Plan. The draft amendments will address Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS), contain changes to MCP standards, and clarify inconsistencies in the MCP.
General Continuing Education Certificates are awarded by the EBC for this program (2.0) training contact hours. Please select this option during registration if you wish to receive a certificate.
EBC has submitted this program to the LSP Board for approval of credit hours. LSP DEP credit hours, if approved, will be awarded post-program. Please be sure to sign in at the registration table if you wish to receive LSP DEP credit hours.
