Thank you to our Collaborating Organization

This EBC Ascending Professionals program is the third in our continuing series of permitting programs for environmental industry professionals. Wetlands Protection Act for the Ascending Professional will give you an advanced overview of the Wetlands Protection Act, how it interacts with local bylaws, when it applies, and how the various applications work. We will also discuss the resources available to applicants and consultants and how to work with your local conservation agent and MassDEP most effectively. Stacy Minihane and Scott Smyers from the Association of Massachusetts Wetland Scientists will provide practitioner tips and tricks for perfecting your notice of intent and approaching the wetlands approval process strategically. Come expand your skill set and learn either a new area of the environmental field or pick up some more advanced tips on how to smooth the process for your next filing.
